First project report on the status of WP2

This deliverable will be the first technical report that communicates the detailed status of all the tasks, the indicators that show how much progress has been achieved with regard to the completion of the deliverables, the limitations, as well as the potential changes in the plans and the corrective actions taken (if needed) to compensate for the deviations.
